i got pulled over by the cops yesterday and was given a fix it notice by them for my 'pretuding wheels' from my arches..

so I've seen them little tiny arches and a fair few cars, some VW's & mini's.. I've spoke to a few guys and they told me to post in here to see if any off you guys that

are breaking have got something along these lines...

I've only got 2 weeks to fix this else i got summoned.. :( so any help would be appreciated..

yeah mate u'll need to get your arches rolled and pulled or flaired but i have no idea where would do that down you are end as I'm up in scotland!

yea put you are standard wheels on and take it to get stamped then uv got a bit more time to sort it

lmao this is confusing the F&*&£"*K out of me, lots of people are saying its not illegal if the tread isnt showing? which it isnt only the side wall and rim!?

i think I'm just gonna put some other rims on, get it signed, then put the rims back on :)

I was pretty sure it was the tyres that need to be in the arch... hence the reason for stretching tyres so they sit under the arch at the top of the tyre wall.
