hi wondering if anyone can help my polo 6n wont start i know its not the bat as i have tested that when i start the key it will not turn over fully and all the power drains from the batt i gt a new batt and this still happens thanks liam

Will it run if its towed or pushed?

Probably worth cleaning up all the earth straps & battery leads

Might turn out to be a faulty starter or switch

Would try the others first

check the ovious fuel spark compression , if u got all 3 then think about timming , I'm geusin coil pack tho its a common problem

yeah it wont start even if i jump or bump start it

anyone else gt any ideas

Are you getting a spark?

It could be the dizzy thats gone or as said the coil pack

Mine is the same i charged the battery and it turns over but wont act fire up :S

Its had new leads, plugs, and dizzie cap + arm and fuel filter...

Yup, it used to run fine then start not starting, then wont start at all...?

Is it giving a good spark then?

If not then it could be the coil pack
