Hi Everyone,

I bought my car 5 weeks ago and have still not recieved the logbook,

I didn't declare the mods on my car so when I was pulled over and found out Tesco cancelled my policy.

I have a buyer but will not exchange cash untill the car is signed over, which is fair enough,

Is there a form anywhere that I can download from the DVLA in order for me to sign the car over?

seriously tho.... phone the dvla, explain you aint got your v5 thru yet and they will post one out.

Personally i wouldnt buy a car without a v5 so you may find sale has to wait til that turns up.
