I'm considering it for this september, and was wondering what people think of courses etc!

I'm doing mechanical engineering but for the 1st year all the modules are the same anyway, but this year iv pretty much done buggar all apart from my assignments 2 day week ftw :) i only went in on mon and tues and even then half the lectures were cancelled

A shithole, I'm from stoke. Not THAT bad I suppose, but stafford is depressing, if you're looking for good nightlife don't go to stafford

YEah the night life isnt exactly what id call amazing lol, but i live about 4hours away so yeah i stay in stafford court

Its the people that make the night out though to be fair, you can still easily survive and you dont live that far away so its an easy trip home to get you are washin done aswell!

Hi I'm at stafford uni now I'm doing the motorsport course, its a good course but be prepared to do alot of maths in the first semester lol, yea the night life in stafford isnt the best but you can still have a laugh here. or you can go up to stoke once your here it isnt that far to travel.

ow games design you dont want to be doing that

i got in with city and guilds level 1,2,3 qualifications in general mechanics but most people have just come in with a-levels i dont know how many you need tho, if you can get on to a games design course i dont see why you cant get on to the motorsport one

its up to you mate but if you dont like world of warcraft, dungens and dragons,and never steping out of your room. it might not be the course for you naa i heard its a alright course but there are some uber geeks on it
