This was my polo when i got it, also my first car:

First mods were to change the front indicators and front badge.

Next was de-stripping the bump strips

Then side repeators were changed to smoked, then a few weeks later i finally fitted my mk5 rear lights

Going to my first meet next week, so it needs a wash and thinking of getting some legal uk pressed plates.

Want it lowered but that will have to wait till insurance drops.

So next mods will probs be pressed plates and maybe G60 steels.

Let me know what your opinions of it are, and if you have any other ideas(Y)

alright, sounds good, get the rear lights flush though, youll have to sand them down

Yeh , thats a little job for another day. Il get it sorted soon ish.

cheep mods that look better airosol can black spray you steelies debadge the rear remove the wiper blade take motor out and seal of you water pipe in boot diff number plates and they take no time at all

yeh, i was planning on spraying the steelies black, but if I'm getting g60's theres no point. Not sure if id spray these black if i got them.

I'm not sure about de badging atm because everyone does it, i kinda like it with them on and not gona de wiper atm...dad ses i need it on haha.

Also planning on getting the UK legal pressed plates soon.

My favourite colour by far, did they only make a few in this shade of blue?I have seen a few (like 2) early MK3 Golfs in this colour too.

Erm, I'm not sure...I've seen about 3 or 4 i think other than mine, not a very common colour.

One reason for buying it i think, something a bit diff:), although black always looks gd.

Just gona take time modding it as i want..and with the money tht I've got.

Just added a little new touch to the car, i cut down the aerial today and added an 8ball onto the end of it, hopefully picking up a rear black badge at the weekend too.

I'm thinking of getting some G60 steels as I've probably mentioned before...

today i went to my mates house to try his on my 6n

Finally got some coilovers and being fitted tomorrow or saturday. Only a 50mm drop for now though as this is what the insurance are allowing.
