Momo Team 280mm Wheel Finally Fitted!

Featured Replies

I finally got my MOMO TEAM 280mm wheel fitted after 3 days of battling with it going wrong!

Wouldn't have been able to do it without help from raj (raj1980) from here who talked me through everything over the phone, he's a great guy!

Loving the wheel, but won't be able to enjoy it properly until I get the tracking done as it's well bent! I also find it a bit hard to see the dials now but oh well!

Also need to get my airbag light switched off but that isn't a major issue.

excuse the poor quality pics, i'll get some SLR ones up in the next day or so

I bloody love mine, its like a go cart

how much did the boss and wheel cost all together!!! I've got a 320mm but i fancy going smaller!! It makes such a differance to the factory wheels, loved it when i changed mine!!

They are popular, and it's easy to see why.

They do look good.

They look great, they're top quality, well made, and amongst the cheapest rung of wheels you can get.

I do have this problem, sometimes they decide to cancel and sometimes they don't, don't know why though.

it looks like the wrong boss mate,,i know the one iu had looked like that and wouldnt cancel them,,if you look on your old wheel theyll be a little metal tap poking out that knocks the indivator stalk when turning and cancels them,,om my old boss this was missing so never worked.if it does have this it may just be a case of taking of the boss and lining it up correctly...

looks great, like a go kart as mentioned some where above.

It's defo the right boss. The momo boss for airbag models for a vw polo, and it's the same one that a few of my mates have. Sometimes the indicators cancel and sometimes they don't. It isn't that much of an issue to me though at the moment. Might take it to a garage to have a gander at it .
