directline line r gash dnt go with them

I'm 18 was insured with endsleigh till 2 days ago wen they said they wudnt insure me with coilovers yet they said that they would at the start, we didnt have to pay the £50 cancelation fee, they r nice people to deal with but you never get the same person which is very annoying and the staff arent trained brilliantly.

Now insured with elephant 1192 with coilovers interior changes non standard alloys and £750 sound system cover which I'm happy about also fully comp with my dads name on :)

directline have been alright for me till i wanted to insure mods and just about wanted double! insurance companies vary for everyone looooaaads tbh

I'm with them now but I'm under 25 so they won't even let me mod :( Did you move insurance companies after this?
