Good points: 24 year old super cool polo coupe s, shes been lowered with golf fk coilovers, a 2 1/4 inch outward rolled back box, dewipered tail gate, cleaned iner bays, other than theat she bog standard, still got old skool cassete. the boy i got the car off did a for engine rebuild just before i got it. got ronel turbos (little to wide i think) or brand new steels.

Bad points: there a few dents around here, the rear valance is a little rusty and the sun roof has been sealed up cause of it leaking

I went to look at this car yesterday. It is indeed as good as it looks in the pictures - better in fact. The bodywork (apart from the little bits you can see in the pictures) and interior are both excellent, the engine sounds and pulls really well and it seems to drive just like it should.

It also has some additional features which I don't think are mentioned in the description, like HID headlamps, which seem to make a big difference.

The only issue I could see was a slight oil leak from the head gasket above the alternator. As it has had the head gasket done very recently, with any luck that will just be a case of tightening the head bolts down a bit rather than another new H/G..

I only decided against it as it would be a bit of a shame to use it as a high mileage daily driver instead of my MK3 saloon and I can't really justify a second car right now. But I was VERY tempted...

Really good luck with the sale, and I'd definately recommend that anyone who fancies this gets down there quickly as I doubt it will be for sale for much longer..
