This Is My 1965 Austin mini 850cc which I Purchased On the Intention to get on the road In 2009, Due to Financial Reasons this will not be possible and I Am looking for a quick sale a.s.a.p!

Good Bits:

I Have owned this car for the last 7 months, In that time it has been stored in a dry garage, and the engine started, oil and levels checked often,

You can see from the photo's that it has infact been re-shelled to a early mk3 shell, this was due to the fact the mk1 was completly rotten, This conversion has gone though the dvla and has the paperwork/Log book/tax ref to prove it! Some of the mk1 parts have been transferd over, but lots of new parts were fitted when this conversion was carried out, these consisted of: new brake lines, polybushes, subframe mounts, full maniflow exhaust system, K&N air filter, Avonbar Inlet manifold, And a carb rebuild kit,

One Unique feature of this mini is the Rock solid 850cc GOLDSEAL Engine, the Engine is very clean, runs very smooth, in my time owning it it has had a piece of paper under the front of the car,

It does not leak any oil, and starts 1st time every time!

The Body work needs some patching up, The bottom of the doors need sorting, the front wings have a patch paint area at the front and some tiny little dings, the sills are in great condition, as is the boot floor and floor pans, There is the potential for this body to last a few more winters before any work needs doing!

Bad Bits

Cluth needs Bleeding, brakes a bit stiff from storage, and could do with a bleed,front wheel bearings need replacing, track rods need replacing (provided with sale), Tie rods need replacing (provided with sale) The camber needs to be adjusted on front wheels, missing some front indicators, then it is ready for the road,

Cosmics & a Goldseal???? they're both rare as rocking horse poo! Someone will get a good buy here, wish i didnt already have a mini project. Good luck dude
