Final Mods To The Polo :(

Featured Replies

Well the time has come, polo's going shortly to make way for a nice new mk6 golf*

So as a final thank you, I've splashed out on some bulbs for her thanks to "littleman" on here.

I was amazed at the quality of them compared to the usual ebay LED rubbish, so thought i'd lash some pics on here and give the bloke some well earned good feedback because tbh, the service was top notch too.

Golf is a better car.

Yeah, the new golf is a very nice drive indeed.

Just gotta wait for mine to roll off the production line now :)

As for it being a big suprise.... the owner and creator of this lupo is doing the bodywork and has told me to "trust him"

We've batted some ideas about, I think the OEM brigade will approve :)

I'm in love ^^

Glad you like them fella, they look spot on. Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. :)

What engine you going for in the MK6?

Should wait for the GTiR to come out.

TBH in the current market i would not be buying brand new. The deals you can get on a 6 month old mk5 R32 (for example) i would be looking at them. But depends on what your looking to spend?

So your still boosting the polo and what not, plus buying a MK6 Golf?

You won the lottery? This credit crunch hey..

What credit crunch?

Why Panda Why? The man that said small is good is now off to run with Golf pack.

The mk6 golf is a black 2.0TDi SE.

as for money.... not really something i'm worrying about atm. The credit crunch doesn't affect you in a negative aspect when you pay cash.

indeed!!

LOL

Didn't fancy a rocco then? Am guessin you're after fuel economy with the golf by going for the diesel.

So you're selling your Polo or what?

Or just taking it off the road until 2010? I'm confused.

I didn't want to wait for the rocco to come out.

Panda you have made a epic fail going with the TDi lol

Does the new mk6 diesel still come with DPF?

Are you personally buying it brand new or is it a company car or something?

Polo's going off the road for a year to get sorted.

Work will include the 1.8 20v turbo 6spd conversion from a leon cupra R.

Bodywork's getting sorted too :)
