What's the lowest amount of petrol you've ever put into a car?

It came into my mind as I was putting £3 into my car today.

It was empty and I couldn't afford to put anymore in.

57p to fill my go-ped up, got to the till and was told minimum was £2 fill, so i asked if he wanted me to squirt the other £1.43 on the floor? lol!

obviously when i was younger and pre 6'3"! that would have been funny!

Used to sometimes put 2 litres in the car so around £1.60 - this was a few years ago.

Used to put £2 worth in many times. Joys of being paid £60 a week back in the day!

Never been that hard up, well I have tbh, I just don't eat or buy anything, in the famous words of Ice Cube I just buy a "full tank of unleaded" instead

About 73p in a c90, loved that thing, i even tuned it up to do 85MPH, ended in complete engine failure but was fun while it lasted (about 100 miles)

17p a dare filmed by someone i won £5 and was happy lol

the checkout woman was unhappy time of the month tbh went spastic at me and threatened to phone the police, i just laughed and said well wen ure on £3 a week 17p is a lot, i wasnt on £3 a week but it made her calm down a tad :p

Same here, I think it was £2 the lowest I would put in and got lasted loads of miles! The joys of riding a scooter! Might have to get it back on the road for summer

20p, pressed the handle it pumped then clicked off, went in to tell the cashier and she said minumum of £2, i replied i cant the pump wont let me, manager came out for a look, swore and said use the next pump and pay the 20p. I'm sure i kept the receipt somewhere.

i regually fill up 3 quid or less mainly cuz the gal at my petrol garage is hawt , when i went on hols put 28 quid in in 50 ps 20ps 10ps 5ps ans coppers , that was fun at the counter, made me stand their while he checked it

You can't beat the scooter boys we they get a round in. Someone would go and give the cashier a tenner and they'd fill 3-4 bikes up off it.

Think the least i have put in is the £2 limit also that was through desperation to try and make it home when i was unbeleievebly skint ,

Needless to say i ran ot on the way home and had to be rescued

u have to carry spare petrol in you are boot and play the fuel light game , every time you are fuel light cumes on put 1.50 in you are tank and try and make it home lol

Reminds me of my old boss who ran out at the top of a hill, bumped it onto the downwards slop eon the starter and freewheeled 3 miles to the nearest garage.

think 4 quid or something...

allthough i went to petrol station last week and this guy comes up to the till and goes number 3 please and women goes thats 5 pound please.

i said who puts 5 quid in there car fucking loser! and he was stood right behind me lol thought the guy was gonna kill me haha

got into his chavy fiesta and drove off
