I'm working away at the minute, so I'm not gonna be able to get down to pick it up for a week or two.

it should be ok but as far as i would let him know, is that the refund would be non refundable and there would be a set date to collect by, missing it means the car goes up back for sale.

dont mean to be harsh like, but the car is parked on my drive, and I've sold a car on ebay and the guy paid half didnt collect for months and in the end i just sold it on, couldnt wait forever!

but anyway, its up to tommy as to what he does, its his motor, but its my driveway so he needs a kick up the batty haha

Well i text him explaining the situation and he just told me to watch the thread because hes had 25 enquiries aparently.

So then i organised for my girlfrhend to go down and pick it up tomorrow but I've heard nothing back from him yet!

The cash is there waiting, and I've also asked if he could tax it for 6 months and id sort him out the cash for that on collection.

So i reckon you need to give him a kick in the nuts tbh! Haha.

try phoning him if youve not had a suitable responce back from him mate, i wasnt at home last night so didnt speak to him, and I'm not doing the donkeywork for someone else.

You were going on about wanting the car shifting off your drive wernt you?

All i was suggesting was either giving him a call or going round to his house and telling him that you have got a buyer for his car!

And I'm a genuine buyer that is offering the asking price, so I'm no mug thats gonna try messing him about by offering him half the price!

Well thats providing the car looks as good as it does in the pics and aint a complete nail when i get there!
