Hi all, I know Dub Freeze is on the 22nd of Feb, traditionally the Mids Meet has been the second Sunday of Feb, which would thus make this the 15th

So;

Do we all have a little get together @ Dubfreeze & knock a Feb meet on the head & put more effort into March

OR

Go for the Sunday 15th at the regular spot & time????

There was a Feb meet thread knocking about somewhere BUT it descended in to an exchange over where the meet should be held and what time etc etc.

Therefore I would go for the idea of a Dubfreeze gathering and then plan for March :-)

I personally ain't too bothered, was planning on hitting Dubfreeze in the scirocco anyways to look for some bits

Bear in mind that there's UD at the start of March then Spring Fest at the end

This will be decided nearer the date that everyone wants, but it is either Jct 9 "Burger King" M6 or Jct 10 M6 Services "Hilton Park"

Well OK then, seeing as cash seems to be tight across the board, how about a decent convoy to Spring Fest from the West Mids Area then???

alrite guys, so I'm gonna be at all three of those mentioned, dubfreeze, spring fest and UD, so i say all meet to convoy to all of them and also sort of go together if u get me, so sod the meet this month, get convoys sorted to all of them and lets make this a gden :) :p

If everyone wants the meet at dubfreeze I'm not too bothered, saves me petrol in times off little money lol.

March is the month for me, Get paid a week before UD and 2 days before GTI spring fest + thats on my B-day

If there is going to be a pub meet after Dubfreeze I'll happily come to that though :)

Spring fest should be the way forward I reckon, with a convoy down there!!!

May as well still do the 8th, unless its still snowing.

You miss the point. Yes, it has a show and shine, but dubfreeze is 90% about the trading and autojumble, so is mostly for those of us that have aircooled or oldskool bits to buy to get our vehicles back on the road for the summer.

That wasn't what I was getting at though was it?

I said for a not so great SHOW

As I have said many times before on here, its awesome if you're going shopping for your aircooled motor.

I don't have 1 so to me its pointless me going.

I'm dropping out of the meet on Sunday.

Seems nobody wants to go, will find something useful to do.
