Fiesta Mk5 Zetec-s - Damaged

Featured Replies

Right Here Goes. I am selling my Fiesta MK5 Zetec-S that was involved in an accident about 4 Months ago. We have now been told the car can be sold as we believe it is worth more than the 300 pound salvage value. The damage is passenger side and mainly door damage. there is a slight scuff on front wing and another dent on the rear quarter where it meets the door.

I WOULD LIKE TO EMPHASISE THERE IS ONLY COSMETIC DAMAGE TO THIS CAR AND HAVE HAD IT CHECKED 3 TIMES. CAR DRIVES AND RUNS PERFECT AS IT DID BEFORE THE ACCIDENT.

The Car DOES come with a front grill unlike the picture shown, it also comes with Angel eye headlights, quikshift, lowered 40mm on GMAX Springs & Shocks and pipercross induction kit. The Inside is still MINT. The car is being sold WITHOUT AN EXHAUST.

The Car Recently just before the accident had a Master service with all the best parts including :- coolant change, brake fluid changed, oil change, new plugs, new leads, new oil filter, new air filter. Everything basically. It also had both ARB drop links replaced and 2 brand new tyres (still brand new as car has not been used) and brand new flexi pipe (to the cat)

It has no MOT as it has run out whilst this ongoing claim has been happening but I'm 100% sure it will pass first time as it had pre mot check and everything i replaced needed to be done. Tax is 2 Months.

If this doesnt sell i will be repairing it myself and selling it.

All it really needs is new door, couple of dents pulled out, full side respray and new exhaust.

Couple of other points :

Unfortunately where i live because the car has been sat and not touched for a while the two door locks have been picked so therefore the key will not turn in them too open them. The only way i have been able to get in the car is via rear window.

Also car will need a new battery due to this one being completely dead.

Small amount of surface rust on the drivers side

The car is a W Reg

The mileage of the car is 76k

The car has had 9 (yes 9) owners

i Bought it knowing it needed such work done everything then some idiot reversed into the side of me.

Car is located at ME8 and will have to be towed away.

Car will run perfect with exhaust and battery.

Any questions please do not hesistate to ask and make me an offer. i want this gone as i have my new car now.

thanks for reading

chris
