As in a Se7en? Lotus/Caterham? I'd agree it'd be preferential but prob not what he was looking for.

No doubt we'll get the usual "nah they're a really, really good car and you're just an idiot if you don't like them" comments but I don't liek them! Sure they might be nice to drive and handle well but I wouldn't buy one.

I wouldn't touch an RX7 with a barge pole. And even if I did it would stay bog standard. My mates got his to go ridiculous fast. But its alway knackered and parts are a million pounds each. Someone ran into it so he got a carbon fibre bonnet off the insurance, It turns out the standard one is lighter! £1000 that bonnet was. He is now fitting a £4000 'body kit'. He has had to replace every single bush in it (and there are millions).

He already has a Caterham Seven.

Which he will naturally sell, he loves his Seven but wants something he can drive everyday.

People do drive Sevens everyday but they're not the most practical, and are a handful in the wet.

Guy bought it for 10K and put about 10K in to it It was lush, I had to wipe the seat when I got out haha and I had the biggest smile on my face, it was awesome!
