will a 6n manfold fit a 93 gt engine? any help appreciated cheers

exhaust! my m8s got a 6n manifold n i just wundered if it will fit my gt?

I don't believe it will as the mk3 has the front arb very close to the engine. The 6N manifold sticks out further. I've got a 6N to fit on my Golf as there's loads of space in front of the engine. The pipe diameter is also a bit of a problem as the 6N is much larger before the middle box and changes size at the other end.

if the manifold is from a 1.0 8v then yes it will, i got sent a wrong manifold from phil j off of here i asked for a mk5 1.0 8v 6n2 manifold but he sent me a 1.0 8v 6n one and we tried it on my mates mk3 GT and it fitted perfectdly

its a 6n 1.4 8v manifold

From what I've seen, the 6N part is the same for all engines.

then yeah it should fit no problem mate, as mine did on my mates GT, think he had an issue with the front ARB though iirc
