Whats up guys, am living over in canada at the moment and there seems to be a serious lack of Dubs!!! All I've seen is a 5 Door MK2 Golf slamed on steelies and a MK2 Jetta GTI 16v with a mean 'zorst on it. It got me thinkin........

How many decent cars have the Yanks made???

I get this far on the list but have a brain fart and cant think of any more!

Charger

Challenger

Mustang

Camero (Pre the seedy 80's versions)

Any more ideas????

Just a little fun!

have the yanks ever made a decent car? i can't speak from experience but even the cars that the Americans make best (muscle cars) are shit designed and using very out dated methods. i think some of the 70's muscle cars are some of the coolest looking cars i've ever seen, but do looks really make a car?

their all good lookin cars , thats about it , and they get about 200bhp from 7 litres , which euro cars can get from 2 litres , they have used the same basic set up since day dot , and dont know the first thing about how to get down a twisty road

to some it up no they have not made any good cars , well maybe to z06 , thats got some propper suspension :-)

and dont know the first thing about how to get down a twisty road

tbf tho mate they don't have too, the image of a charger storming along long deserted desert roads is a thing of beauty and a dream i'd love to fulfill one day, although if you take the car out of that context and put it in to a real situation like driving down to the local spar then its gonna be dog shit

they do have twisty roads , costal roads and mountian roads , but they dont get used when traveling thousands of miles place to place .

they are well sweet looking cars , i cant deny that , but only doing straight roads dont mean their a decent car , which is what the question was ! and they were really dangerously built i some cases (like the mustang that when bumped in the ass exploded)

a great car is a 911 , fast , reliable , handeling , and you can take it to the spar  did the yank`s build anything like that ?

mate i'm not arguing, in fact i posted virtually the same reply before you

i was just saying that when there taken in a certain context -like a desert road with no corners to navigate and no one or thing to make you have to stop quickly- they could be awesome, but in any other time/place/situation they would be shit

Caddy CTS-V

The Modded 'vettes ZR1 Z06 Ligenfeltner etc..

Dodge Viper srt-10

I'm Not 1 for yank cars i just dont see the point in them and like 200bhp out of a 7 litre thing when we've got Evo FQ-400's with 400bhp out of 2 litres

I Would never have a yank car
