as cool as the trio is, a series 1 golf > all!

if i do the G swap as standard, i will gain a 170bhp g lump, subframe, full stainless system and a cupboard full of g spares, and i get reunited with charlie murphy and i can spend my effort building it up, rather than worrying about all the dread rust it once had!

well i bought a g lump last month but i was giving it to laura to help fix hers, but as the current lump is singing its death knell its a good a time as any and that way i can properly rebuild the lump in my own time

been to this charlie murph today was nice to have a reunion after so long.

the car is very tidy, but unfortunatly needs some bodywork, welding and paint, too much for me to want to rush doing to the standarisation of the G anyway. it is going to be fully taken back to standard however, albeit a drop. and the peril will take the goodies.

so good news to the gfatty lovers, the G is staying with me =]
