Sorry, this is meant to be my post bowman just left himself signed on my computer....(tosser)

anyhoo... enjoy!

Like that  , rare with mk3s, especially squares :paranoid:

Boogiewagen  possibly the best name for a car I've heard :thumbsup:

Where did you get them Tees?

From a shop down the road from my aunties house in Canada.

Looking good mate, love it

bamboo grill is rite good

i like it :)

Wheels suit it, I like it

brilliant :)

sexay wheels

looks nice on the wheels, would look even nicer if they were polished

Sweet! :-D Is that just a standard 60/40 spring/shock kit? What size are the tyres?

Looks awesome mate :) and is a nice reassurance too as i just got some 14x6.5s so not much different and its good to know u can go 60/40 still

What offset are they?

Thanks

that alooks very funky, the wheels and stance is good and the colour, and the vw 1300 badge is a nice touch.

JackDub:

The tyres are 175, 50 r14

Its just a Phill J standard 60/40 shock and spring kit.

Matt_Oldfield:

I have no idea what the offset of my wheels are.

they are rubbing a lot at the back even though the top of my arches are rolled, I need to roll them a bit more.

sam1367:

I'm gonna ignore that for now, I'm not one for cleaning my car, especially in this weather!

The middle mount for my exhaust is foocked and hanging very low, I bottom out all the time.....

sometimes just when I'm driving along the road!!! :retard:

Everyone: Thanks for all the positive feedback, its greatly apreciated

cheers

looks ace mate!!

Looks great mate, where did you get the chrome trim around your windows?

Looks cool mate I like it.

Chrome trim was an idea I stole off Jimmy B... I fooking love his mk3!! its just sticky back stuff from halfords.

well surprised how much positive feedback I'm receiving for the ol' boogiewagen, was expecting some Xcore style comments like "shit" but I've got none!

thanks for all being well nice!!!

cheers

boogie on!

Since lowering my car i had to roll my arches.. and that resulted in lack of paint on the lip. along with the other rusty patches i had it wasn't looking pretty.

I had a few options:

leave it disintegrate

spray the whole car (professional=to expensive-rattle can=shit)

try and find a colour match (fail)

or this- anthracite arches:-

enjoy cool 8-)

(sorry about the wonky photo)

I also got a couple of mk2 rear wheel arch trim things from the scrapper-

and took some paint of my filler cap while masking. I then decided to take all of the paint off and it now looks like this.

I'm quite chuffed with it overall, although the dark colour around the arches does make it look less low :-(

The grill is ridiculously pimp !

its just bamboo that i tied on, but thanks!! 8-)

I like it, wheels look sweet. :)
