Gt Engine + Loom

I have unfortunately wrote off my Polo GT so the bits are for sale. I have got everything that you need to put a running GT into another Polo. Bits are as follows:

Engine: This has done just under 100k although a new timing belt, head gasket, water pump and plug change was carried out at 93k. Has never overheated or given me problems. Regular oil changes were made using top branded semi synthetic oil. Very well maintained. Very strong engine and pulls well throughout the rev range. Was fitted with a 4-2-1 stainless manifold, chip and Pipercross air filter. Could beat my mates 1.6 Mk4 Polo GL with ease. 0-60 time was always below 12 seconds. Not sure what they are standard. However the above parts have been sold.

Gearbox: Standard GT gearbox. Has never given problems or crunched/grinded. Very smooth, not sloppy at all.

Loom: This loom has been uncut and is the full loom for the car. Every piece of loom that you can see in the engine bay lol including the fuse box.

Ancillaries: Standard GT AFM, Distributor, Plugs and Leads, Mountings ect

Notes: Will require a manifold and air filter/box! Also, will be honest, the throttle body elbow has a hole which I have siliconed up. This does now affect the running of the engine although it does look tacky and personally, I would change it. If the silicone was there, the engine would not run if nor given revs if that makes sense due to the amount of air getting in I presume.

Comments: Engine pulls very nicely and I was impressed with the performance and how crisp and free it revved. Gutted to have to strip it out really. Was considering buying a new shell although bought a Lupo instead lol

Open to offers on the engine. Comes complete with the gearbox attached. Ideal for a conversion. I will not split any parts off the engine such as the cam ect as I want to sell it as it is (running) Buyer will need to collect due to size or I may be able to sort delivery if quite local
