Looks a lot like Ash maskerading as a racing driver ;)

Seems to be geramn and looks similar to a black mk4 golf that was in PVW ages ago with roof scoops and a huge audi lump in the back

The arches look a bit like the plastic rivet on type but i doubt that they are plastic.

If you know a good fabricator then he should be able to do them for you.
