You can't book online and get the rally rate which is £5 off per night! you have to phone them up and tell them you are with Club polo so that they can allocate you in the right field.

they want us to have a minimum of 50 campers in puddleduck place so the more people that can book in advance the better.

I know its early days but people can start to book whenever they want, but can you do me a favour and post up names in here please so we can see how we are doing for numbers.

making a good week of it. Off to wales during the week then on the way back a weekend at the polo show :) plenty of used petrol and beer :)

i spoke to them on wednesday but they were unsure as to wether i had to pay the full rate for the thursday night and were going to call me back but didn't so will chase up tomorrow,

Internet says they dont accept groups under 21? And how big is a pitch? is it literally enough for one car one tent? or could we squeeze a couple of cars and tents on? :)

There are no set pitch sizes, they charge per tent and car so no you can't squeeze onto one pitch. to make it a bit cheaper you could share a tent and just pay £10 for an extra car?

I spoke to billing earlier today and including me there are 11 plots booked, although its a start its really only 7 weeks away now and it would be nice if a few more people started to book.

although we have puddleduck place at the moment, if they don't think there will be enough of us they are perfectly entitled to move us to a smaller area, then of course if more people turn up we wont have enough space. Plus of course thats the best spot and we want to make sure we keep it!

so please if at all possible can you please try to book in advance, if you are staying for 2 nights then you save £10 over paying on the gate which is a case of beer so well worth it :-)

I'd like to see it up to 30 plots by mid July so get your debit cards out :-D

I had a soft spot for Billing. But as Jim has said the pikeys have given the place a bad name. And as such I didnt go last year. I made the effort and went to Eastnor show. Although smaller it had a better atmosphere. I even spent some money.
