The girl I spoke to sounded too upmarket to be told my email address (and I couldn't be bothered). She said she would send mine in the post first class. But they should have your names on a list anyway if you recieve nothing.

the people that work in head office there are all stuck up to be honest. I dont think one of them working there is fit.... :( what a shame. would have made my day go by so much quicker if they came in.
