Hi everyone,

I'm regularly visiting this forum since several years now, and I was at last decided to post my first message !! (better late than never)

So, I own a 6n2 GTi since two years which makes me so happy :-D The previous owner (a woman) didn't really take care of it as you will see on the pictures but it has all my attention so far !

Here is a little description :

:arrow:Actual mileage : 78000 kms (about 48500 miles)

:arrow:Paint : Black Magic

:arrow:Options : Climatronic, side airbags , pearl paint

What I've already done :

:arrow: CD mp3/SD card reader Volkswagen OEM (made by VDO, model CHM105)

:arrow: Rear arm/wiper from a polo 9N

:arrow: Pedal sets Audi TT look-like

:arrow: Golf GTI 20th Anniversary emblem (front and rear)

:arrow: KW V2 coilovers

:arrow: Clio 16s ph1 wheels with 175/50/15 tires for winter What is coming soon :

:arrow: A set of BBS RS764 (already at home but in bad condition, need a good refurbishment !)

Welcome to Club Polo :-D, the Gti looks great and your English is brilliant, so don't worry about that. You're lucky to live so close to the Alps, stunning scenery and awesome for pictures :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

This season is quite incredible, it regularly snows (including in plain) and in quantity !

But i confess that i go there more often in summer for some downhill mountain biking sessions :oops:

Some news !

About 1 year ago, my car broke down on the highway because of a wire wrongly positioned after a previous repair by VW :angry: .

It is now fixed but here is what it produced :

Some months later, I found a rare and complete leather interior with side airbags :p ! The back is in the car since a long time and the front will be in at the end of the week normally. It was much longer for the front because I really wanted to make the heating work and the installation / connection of the wiring loom was a nightmare. All is now installed but I still have to reconnect all the relays and connectors under the dashboard an to mount the seats to be able to reconnect the battery (and I hope it will work, no reason it will not :lol: ).

How it looked one week ago (do not pay attention at the door, there is no connection to do here but my window didn't work anymore !) :
