Was speaking to my mate today who fitted them for me and is also a mechanic. He said that when I put my foot down i'm opening up the carbs and the engine acts like a vacum so it draws more air and petrol into the engine. So when on a hill if the car is reving harder its drawing in more fuel and air. Drove it last night and a bit today and have no problems with it.

They sound awesome when I pull away and give it some. Puts a big smile on my face. Althought as they are not setup right its drinking alot of petrol. Got just under 50miles to a £10!

You will want to sort it asap as you will be diluting your oil with petrol

Turns out that one of my mates dad used to set bike carbs up. Hes gonna be doing it for me on saturday. Free of charge! Bonus!

quick question? iv got a 6n 1.0 (i know its shit but its keeps up with some cars that you may think in off my nut about) anyways what did you have to do all together and what are all the parts you have put on and how much? iv got a little bit of cash and i dont want to change my engine because i cant be bothered and wouldent be able to run a bigger engine so I'm looking to get a bit more preformance and save a little money.

so could you list the parts for me and what you did

i thought u needed to use mk2 polo engine loom and do away with the engine management to run bike carbs... i haven't got much of an idea though but looks good!

or8 mate dose this meen if you put the mk2 polo engine loom ecu it will get rid of my imobelizer prob on my 6n 1.4 8v

and dose any 1 no what the imobelizer atualy cuts off?
