I've got a starter motor i bought for a 1.4 8v mk4 I'm sure it will fit others though but you will have to ask on the forums to make sure.

its used but in good condition and I've tested it and its in full working order

Reason for sale is i bought this thinking the motor was broken but it was was my starter switch not the motor that was broken.

You can do it yourself, you need a 10mm and 13mm spanner, jack and enough swear words to get it out LOL

Hi, yea i still have it and yea like Mk4man says its really easy to change you go under the car for one bolt and to take the wires off and you can take the other 2 bolts out from above then back under then back under the car to pull the old motor out then slot the new one in connect the wires back up screw the bolt in then you can do the last two up from the engine bay.
