alrite mate...I've a mk4 polo 95 N reg 1.6 5 door, black with tax (9months) & test (5months) 128000 miles on the clock, currently has a slight knocking noise when cornering, apparently most likely a CV joint needs replacing, got a few little rust bubbles that could do sorting, has just had a new exhaust fitted and had loads of work done at the last MOT, brakes/brake lines/brake pads, has a K&N induction kit fitted, debadged and destripped, 16v interior fitted, 16v lights and clear indicators and repeaters, lowered 40mm on shocks and springs.

can email you some pics if your interested, I know it doesnt sound like a good buy but its a good starting project and my price reflects this

mechanically sound...starts first time with no problems, I've let it sit through all the current bad weather and still works perfect. just the knocking noise and I'm gonna have someone come look at that to try and get a better idea for you

i was thinkin leeds pal i can get there no problem, id get my dad to drive me down, BUT i wont have the money till 13th of march unless someone lends it me, someone in preston off here sellin a 1.3 black 6n

i can wit till the 13th mate, no worries...i can travel any day really, its just easier getting back on sundays as i have family travelling back lol tbh though if your willing to part with the cash ill just get a train back lol

ill get someone to look into it this weekend mate...the fact is, the car is driveable so i can see it being to major, so far I've been advised on either a wheel bearing or a cv joint...even the haynes manual indicates to a cv joint, so nothing expensive or too difficult

i am being 100 % honest with you and will do everything in my capability to make this sale as i need the car gone

i cant stand the slownes of the 1L anymore mate need some fun so i prob will be driving home, what the crack with insurance surely i cant get in and drive off with it with no insurance

I did :-D lol drove it back from doncaster without insurance and drove my new one back from huddersfield without it too lol

i think you can see the number plate on the pics I've sent you, so you should be alrite with sorting insurance and then you can always cancel it

I've still got the car insured at the mo and its sat in my courtyard behind my house lol
