Its loads about where u live too...

There are insurance bands depending on where you are in the country, because i live "remotely" close to london now insurance is much higher

Yeah i agree with you, Nottingham is hign on insurance i rang around a few insurance companys and they was all quoting me £3000 plus, gave churchill a ring ask if i could swap my no claims from my motorbike to the car and they accepted that so it brought it down to £1254 fully comp so i asked about tpft and that was even more, even the ladie on the phone thought it was strange but hey, although i carnt modify untill 1 year of having the insurance on the car which sucks but will be well worth it next year big plans for the polo

Yeah i rode a scooter for a Year and a half ( i have my motorcycle lieciense just decided to go down the car route instead, Yes mate i rang up explained i had a years no claims through my scooter, stated i want my own policy with me as the named driver no one else, and thats what they got me matey.
