i was worrying about my lungz and eyeziz, I've had to have tweesers in my eye at the hospital when i got rust in there from lieing under the car so eyes and things like that i pay what i have too, its not worth cutting short imo. but still 315 aint breaking the bank

lol cost you tho , trouble is compresser takes to bloody long to fill up , only downside to have a huge compresser

where abouts you to dude? .... need to get some more stuff to do it with lol, used one of teh two bottles today just doing a few rust patches , might have to use sand ....

yea at college studing tech theartre in filton :-) got a flat up there , come home to me parents gaff for the weekend , most my tools are here and i got a job in taunton ...

how much work we looking at ? or rust lol

oh that's cool, I'm going to UWE in september to study motorsport engineering so that'll be a laugh.

erm a fair bit, both rear arches pretty much the whole lot, big patch on the drivers door, big patch on boot, and lots of small patches on the sills and other areas.

might just have to attack it all in the summer with an angle grinder there is so much of it, pointless doing it in this weather aswell

angle grinders FTW a mate did my passanger side for me last year , but still get a better finish with the sand blaster thing ....

damm the snow as its from when they gritted the roads , my car has loads of new rust patces now , not good

hopefully going to spray what i did today , had to wait 24 hours before paint the rust remadiy stuff

my friend bought one absolutely rubbish the ends are more like plastic than rubber so they dont seal against the bodywork so grit goes everywhere and the tube what the grit goes up from the bag is too small it easily blocks, better of buying a sealey one the rubber ends are loads better quality and the recicycling bag is better made and easier to empty, and it seems to work better on less air pressure so you dont need a 200 litre tank to keep up with it,

the sandblasting one i got has good good rubber ends on it , that sounds so wrong

but anyways, its made by SIP and its always been good enough for what i have needed. :)
