what are you having trouble working out? they are pretty self explanatory to be fair

after speaking to a fair few people they have said the rears are far too hard and the back just skips along over bumps, i was informed by them all to just get brand new VAG bushes for the rear beam

i have the rear beam bushes g-laddersite there 2 hard for road use realy fair enouth if you have a track car tho as for the fronts there easy to fit as long as you fit the block to pull the front wheals forward10mm not backwards
