Hai Guise,

had a very productive day today, woke up from my girlfriends at 8:30 ><, she had netball, went home, and was too awake to go back to sleep, so i invited 'Eckersley' on CP over to mine to help me strip my wheels. About 5 hours worth of work, with a fair few breaks, bacon rolls, creme eggs, the lot.

obviously my tear drops had a painted layer ontop which i want to rid and polish up.

We proper worked on one to see how it'd look then we got them all like that, now just requires some sanding down and polishing :)

back really really hurts ><.

Yeah Dabbed It On (Didn't Paint It Like You Would A Wall Or Whatever), Wait 5 Minutes For It To Blister (You'll Definately Know When Its Blistered :p) Add Another Layer Of It, Wait 20 Minutes, Then I Used Some Wire Brushes And Scrapers To Get It Off, Really Go For It, I Prefered Using The Wire Brush, Hard Work Though, Then Bits That Dont come Off Easy, Add More Stripper, Then Wait A Few Minutes Then Go Again :]

Homebase stripper is good, yeah I've had that shit in my eyes, mouth, skin. Burns a bit but you get used to it. get a wire wheel for the drill that'll get it straight off in seconds!

Petrol to the balls isn't very nice either.

i polished a set of teardrop once..

The teardrop are really hard alluminium, it was hard to get them as shiny like ats or bbs rims..

And repainting the "drops", Use fineline tape for covering around the drops
