Alarms are shyte. I've only got one for insurance purposes, and never use it. Noone takes any notice, they only ever go off as a false alarm and it just annoys the neighbours.

There's nothing inside the car worth nicking anyway,so my only priority is to ensure they cant nick the actual car. Which they can, once they've got past the Thatcham. Which they will do soon enough. Which is also only fitted for insurance purposes.. Bloody red tape, and pointless.

But they'll not get very far in it once they're going, because I've also fitted my own system. And that doesn't kick in until they're in traffic, and vulnerable.
