okay i want to smooth my ariel off.

the reason is i thought i would be clever and cut my standard ariel and put the top back on. its now a few inches. good job but looks like crap on my car.

so i want it off completely.

what would be best buying all the kit from halfords to do a proper job (bare in mind i have no bodywork experience) or simply sticking a grommet in?

plus what kind of black is my car its a '99 v-reg 16v?

mine has the aerial smoothed off and looks great, personally id get it done properly

as for the paint code, you cant tell by just the reg and model lol, i think its listed somewhere on the car but I'm not totally sure...remember, colours change so there will be a slight variation
