Does anyone kno if any of the mk2 polo's came with front speaker pods... cuz if not ill av ta make ma own

The door shape is very similar. I would,and may well,risk finding out.

The holes wont line up but its flat so you just punch new ones in the door card. Shave any excess material from around the speaker housing.

Cant see a problem with length - the Scirocco bins will be longer than the Polo card's recess,but that wont matter. It'll only matter if they're longer than the card..

The only problem i can see is getting hold of a pair. :)

I made my own out of wood, filler and vinyl covering..

I'm having this same problem in my mk2.

looks pretty impressive tbh, any tips on how to do it?
