Help! Asap

The other day, I had a new clych kit and Front Drivers side Wheel bearing but since I got the car back from the garage, the tracking is seriously out but it seems like BOTH front wheels have moved 5mm to the right.

The Nearside looks to far in and the Offside is scrubbing on the arch everytime I turn left.

Can anyone enlighten me? I am getting tracking done on Friday

That is a strange one?? Could the subframe have moved? How much did they remove when the clutch was done? I think this should be going back to the garage where it was done. Tracking should not be your expence if it was returned to you in this way?

they probably undid the struts from the hub and just bolted it back up without doing your camber.

when the camber is moved the tracking is thrown out too so you'll need camber and tracking done.

He reckons the only thing he touched was he gearbox and O/S/F for the wheel bearing. I will be going to him Monday morning and he will be paying £17.50 for the tracking.

Would stretched tyres help it aswell? I'm running 195/45/15 atm.

Thanks for you info guys, appreciate it :)

dunno how low you are but I'm pretty low on 195/45/15s and I've not had any scrubbing...

Rear - Can only see a couple mm of tyre

Front - Sitting right on top of the tyre.

Before I had it repaired, it never sat under the arch. Everything is tightened up and i've tried everything to get it sitting properly, nothing works. Would a Specialist VW place be able to tell me?
