I'm in negotiation for another head that does have the exhaust manifold removed, which suits me better as it will be going straight to a guy who is porting and polishing it, and he will have to remove the manifold if its on, which will cost me money.

I'm currently waiting for him to get back to me to confirm things. If it falls through, I'll come back to you, but I can't expect you to hold it for me.

Regards packaging, a cardboard box would be ok as long as you wedge it in nicely so it can't move about. If someone were to actually drop it, it would get damaged even in a wooden box.

I'll let you know as soon as I know what I'm doing.
