as the title says parts for a gt 2 make it quicker. i already have full stainless exhaust and de-cat and air filter and 8k chip just wnt 2 no what the next steps r 2 make it quicker.

Hi right lookin at a amf. Also what does the the charcoal cyclinder do is it not needed.

Also where can i get a schrick cam from.

PM Yoof about Nos. He'll tell you all you need to know about it.

The charcoal canister is something to do with petrol vapours iirc. You can remove it but you'll need to block up one of the pipes with a bolt/screw. Make sure its the right pipe otherwise your fuel tank will pressurise. You'll find out when you undo the petrol cap!

for a cam, have a word with PoloPerformanceParts on here. they use to be able to get them. Throttle bodies pop up for sale now and then so be paticent.

....why/how would a 16v gearbox give you more bhp??

really?? thats new to me, the gt box is a close ratio box anyway to give a "sportyer" feel. i would stick to a gt box but you could always try a 16v box and see what its like.

yeah thanks for the info as new to the vw scene as I'm in to old minis so tring to source enough info bout the gt and faster parts.

You might as well ask Yoof about cams when you PM him about the Nos - He kinda owns PPP!
