stop copying me!

Nice car mate, love the doors youve picked up i wanted them ha. i beg to ask the question though, Why not just buy a 6n2??

  • Author

its flattery chris

when i bought the car i only paid £250 for it in total, all the work I do myself including the paint and I get all the parts I need at trade price so it costs me next to nothing to do all this, with the small amount i've spent I don't think I could have picked up a 6n2 this cheap and in the condition mine is in now and done the exact way I want it

plus I just prefer to have an older polo and confuse people with it :)

OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE LOWER

THAN THEY APPEAR

Love this mk4 so much looks so awsome The work gone into this mad. Yer i guess the sticker should be the other way round

If your lowered they'd be higher surely? so objects in mirror are higher than they appear?

depends how you think of it, cause if you think of it as because you're crazy low that makes the other cars appear stupidly high, but realistically they are normal height so you can say they are lower than they appear...

still strong work on the car can't wait to see it finished

New headliner arrived yesterday. Being sent out on friday to have the air ride controls moulded into it then recovered

Show winner being built right here-

second that!!!!! really cant see how its all gonna be done by UD12 though, have to keep me posted on fb jordan, otherwise I'm not bothering the trip down lol

Actually i pulled out of UD

A family member Passed away this week so I'm being busy organising things and not been at work to do much

It will either be at early edition or whatevers after that

Sorry to hear about that man, sending my love.

thanks

kinda dissapointed about UD but not much i can do, suppose it gives me a little extra time at the end to add the last few touches

I've just read the whole thread and i have to say fairplay to you. Thats alot of work but such a good outcome. What makes it better is the fact is you saved it from being crushed :D.

wow! earning and burning lad points with this build man. quick questions, how easy was it to fit 6n2 rear seat bench and fronts in to the 6n, any tweaking to be done with the runners? and how hard was it to swap stearing wheels?.. i hope you dont mind me asking.. I'm just going for a oem+ with my 98' 6n. already started by putting 6n2 gti alloys on. cheers mate, Kal.

6n2 seats into a 6n are a straight swap mate
