I've recently moved house and i think i can say I've lost my mot certificate i cant find it anywhere and my car is due tax next week. can i go to a garage which does mots and get them to print me one off??

i was thinking about doing it off the internet but I've just moved and haven't told the dvla my new address can you ring them up and say can you send it to this address or something?
