17 / 18 by then, Polo, first show = worried.

But by the sounds of it, its just turn up in you Polo (whether its modded or not) and have a chilled out weekend in Northampton with loads of other VW fans if i'm correct?

I'll be in my mk6 golf rather than the polo this year. Although, the polo will make an appearance at next year's show hopefully, but with more boostings :)

I'm planning on coming down this year and also sound to be in a very similar position to draker !

I'm 17 and taking my test next month and hopefully if i pass coming dwn with my mate who is also quite obsessed with polos, caddys and golfs !!

is there anything i really need to know or think about ???

one of the things you need to know is that its a fucking good weekend! bring plenty of drink and just buy food down there, its easier.

the most important thing to remember is.... dont make yourself look like a tit :/

no need to be worried at all. Just turn up, find somewhere to pitch your tent and once settled in, have afew drinks and chill out.

I'll be about friday morning to direct people (should be wearing a club polo vizzy jacket?) and i dont bite so come say hi and i'll tell you all you need to know.

I vaguely remember staggering in there polo show 07 coz i was off my face and didnt realise till i couldnt find the urinal!

I'm well up for going :) I'm only 18 and it will be my first show but I'm sure it wont be my last, sounds like a right laugh!

hopefully get new wheels by then so i wont have to put up with raiders for te whole 3 hour car ride up there!

afew people turn up in non-polos. Its nothing major although expect words made out of masking tape to be stuck to the side of your car!
