Hey there; it's a Mk3 Polo Coupe Cl. 1.3l 63,000 miles. MOT'd till January 2009. Set me back £450; needed some new front shock absorbers when a bought it. Drove it 50 miles home without any problems. Then, my Step-Mum backs it onto the drive it developed a major fuel leak. Half a tank of fuel gone. :(

Bought some bits and peices for it so far:

Two new front shocks.

Set of alloys; 15's though. :/ Slowly gone off these.

Debadged grill.

Down and Out sticker.

Other bits and bobs.

All now Fitted.

All waiting in my room to be fitted. Since the cars at my Dads and I live with my Mum... 70 miles away. Gutted*

Future plans:

Service.

New fuel tank

Get rid of the cheap alloys and replace em' with some nice wheels. :)

'Slam it on it's arse!'

Sort out the tiny bits of rust.

Smoked front & rear lights, and side repeaters.

Beefy pipe.

Uprated sound system.

New plates.

De-wiper the rear. Done.

Spray the petrol cap.

More stickers.

Dice. Done.

Here's a couple of photo's of when a bought it.

erm, the only pics i got is one before and 2 after it got crashed into.

erm was lowered bout 60mm on polished P-slots, golf GTi seats, half CC'd bumpers, tinted rear lights, debadged grill and a few little engine mods.

(last pic was back on standard ride hieght)

Miss that polo lol always do miss you are first car once its gone tho

i like the number plate

I had a number plate like that

ended in my mk3 ended in CRP

and my mk2 ended with POL

that is a good plate, my saxo ends in PRV, only realized when they were bringing it round

My dad calls it the 'Twats car' :)

Thats a lovely little Mk3, really like the stripe on the swage line. Plate is ace too.

Changed a bit from its strandard demise when it left me though .. Wasnt alpine white anymore either was a white white .. lol ..

I wish it had stayed alpine though was a mistake by the bodyshop ... pah ..

Going up in the easter holidays, 2 weeks tomorrow hopefully. Give it a service, check where the fuel is leaking from, fit the front shocks, debadged grill and try on the wheels. Oh && the stickers. :) Give it a good clean too.

I'm close to crying. It's horrible. Miss it. :(

But the alloys are just a cheap set.

But today, thought I'd clean up the alloys; to 'get off the dull darker bits of muck' - Which to realise isn't muck.

How did I not notice it was the top coat peeling off. Gutted.
