I've got some, i did the same thing and just took my car to a tyre place and gave them a tenner to take them off. or you can do it yourself by getting a socket that is slightly smaller than the bolt and hammering it on and then just undoing the bolt.

but if anyone does know how to get hold of replacement keys that would be awesome as i still have mine and would like to reuse them.

I snapped three keys before I gave up and went back to non-locking ones. They're all different, and you'll break a key if you borrow it.

piece of paper that comes with the mcgards, has a key number on them to reorder. presumably you threw it away

yes binned it or would of been well easy just contact them with that number

mine snaped as well, are they supose to be one of the best ones? vw ones are a good set to get? the paper which came with the bolts is the key to order new ones. drilling the bolts out is the only option

I've heard that if you take a photo of the bolt head and email it to mcgard they can supply you with a replacement key using just the picture. Although I'm not sure how you'll be able to convince them you aren't trying to nick someone's wheels!

did that today had to send copy of car docs along with drivers licence just a2 week wait

Mine hasn't snapped but the actual key inside of the bolt has moved and is no longer straight, it's slightly of flat so i have to hammer the socket on everytime i use it
