Short answer no. You can wire up the mk2 rev counter to work with the mk3 ignition system though.

Long answer: There's issues with the size of the clocks, the wiring (it's more complicated on the mk3) and the speedo cable is slightly different. Possibly best to fit a mk3 dash and interior loom.
