Today i started on the wheels ,

Step 1 was to snad them back to make a smooth and etched surface for primer to sit on .

Step 2 was spraying the primer on done in very thin cotes and left to dry

Step 3 was applying some thin cotes of colour ,

It needs a cpl more cotes tommorow and then a load of laquer ontop for good measure .

Ordering 2 tyres tommorow should have them by the weekend and then il wack wheels+ Tyres on car so I'm 100% on what spacers to get / Camber settings to use .

Going to wack them in this weekend i think , Just orderd some tyres so some alacantra or leather is a no no this week Will be a weekend in working on the car and the lads are going out 2 of the days ! Grr ..

The Brown centred wheel's will hopefully be seen at Ed aswell iff we get the golf finnished going in for full inside and out hit asap , Engine and interior is waiting to be thrown in , Welded a DIY small light conversion on it aswell

One side of Car needs brakes changing

New Rear lights tinting and putting on

New Num plate lights putting on

Seats welding to subframes i have

Find and fit passanger wing mirror

Rear inside sprayed black again to make it mint

Carpet secured down better in the back

Wheels on

Camber / Spacer blocks ect adding

Stance Ajusted

Maybee some paint here and ther on the outside having ideas ..

Seats trial fitted , Action plan made for subframes , Dont need my existing ones these will be fitted statically .

I dont know why you were giving me much praise ! Car wasnt at its best last year neither is it now

Fingers crossed i will be at PoloShow this year got more chance of it being nearer completion for then than Edt2010

The doorcards are Mk3 Polo but they have been remoulded to fit a Mk2 Dash mate

How on earth did you go about remoulding a set of door cards? "Cut a bit off here and stick it on here" kinda job?
