Starts, but overheats. Could be the headgasket but i'm gonna start a project so no need for the engine and box :)

Box is perfect and smooth. Still in car and can be heard running.

Located in hampshire. Can post at buyers expense.

Offer me on box or engine, needs to go.

Sorry the car is under renovation putting a valver in it. erm box might be going.... engine stil up for grabs so are brakes and driveshafts if anyone interested? :) Tom

Box is around £100 ONO and i would have no idea about the box? Although i know all 8v boxes are pretty much generic providing the linkage is correct. mine is a rod type. engine is still available :) PM as mine is disabled till 2.10 :(

alrite mate...I'm looking at swapping the head on my AEE engine, obviously i have all the parts to replace back into it, is there any damage to it even if the head gasket has gone or will it be ok??
