Mk1 Golf 1.3 Driver - Very Clean - Non Sunroof

Featured Replies

Selling all the toys to fund a project!!

Mk1 Golf 1.3 Driver, A reg, non-sunroof, very mint shell, none of the usual rust spots, never had paint, it has recently had:

-Second hand Polo Coupe S Engine 75bhp

-Weber Carb

-Bilstein suspension 40-60mm lower (have std suspension too)

-All electrics sorted, including new front wiper motor.

-New filler neck & tank (tank not needed, but supplied)

-BBS style alloys with good tread on tyres all round

-Second hand exhaust fitted

-New radiator

-Polo Coupe steering wheel

This is a great little car, and is a very mint shell ideal for an engine conversion or just to be driven! The car is currently Sorn, but will have 12 months MOT with the sale. The engine could do with a tune-up, I will try and do this before it is sold. It has std seats with covers on, they are not the best condition, could do with a GTI interior!

Only selling due to a Mk2 VR6 project.

Car is located in Forest of Dean

As requested some more pics of the common Mk1 places which go bad, even though it needs a clean, it shows how good condition it is for 26 years old!

mileage on the engine?

Apparently 85k, but I do not have any docs to prove. Showing about 120k on the clocks but I changed the engine.

Runs sweet as a nut :-D
