i've made a manifold for evans on this forum, basically i've made two base plates so i can make another manifold for what ever carbs you spec. all that changes is the tubes, angles etc.

with or without vac for the servo.

is for a 1300 head, 99% sure it'll fit a 1400 no worries.

£85 notes is how it stands (unposted) built to you are spec.ported and painted.

pics are of a manifold for CBR 600 carbs, the tube OD needed to be 41-42 which is loads bigger than the port. 36 ID is ideal and what i ran with R6 carbs.

ran one of these manifolds on a 1300 polo for 5 months. on R6 carbs, never had an issue was a beaut!

you any pictures looking down the inlet. does the circular tubing fade into the more ovel porting for the head or is it just welded on? If its all smoothed properly i'll have it of you. money waiting!

ye with proper 36mm tube for the R6 carbs its a smooth transition from round to port oval shape. the manifold i made for evans was 41OD and 39ID so i had to port the plate abit to fit the plate.

Still got this mate? Any cance it would fit a golf (don't hate me!) mk1 1.3?? If so would be v. interested :p cheers.
