will this fit a 1.6?? and whats the lowest youd take for it??

is this ok to fit on g40?

will this leak and what gasket should be used?

I'm pretty sure it fits the 1.6 engine, although you're best making sure first. Not sure about the G40, although I have had it previously fitted (along with its matching gasket) to my coupe S head and it didnt leak.
