accident damaged corolla gt-i16(scotland)

Featured Replies

well having bought a car that i love and got it looking the way i wanted......its been envolved in an accident

I'm not in a postion that i can afford to repair this.....nor do i really have anywere to keep it

mot untill october

tax for 6 months

145k

130bhp 4AGE model, very revvy wee engine that pulls very well.....very fun car to drive, never failled to make me smile!

all the usual gti trim

all electric windows,sunroof etc

has the following modifications

lazer "deeptone" stainless backbox

40mm pi springs

white 15" wheels

drilled airbox

very clean in comparison to most corollas of this age

the damage....

depends on what the car was going to be used for, if you were to replace everything thats damaged you would require the following

two headlights

two side lights

1 indicator

a slam panel

a radiator

a dizzy

a bonnet

a bonnet catch/pins

however.....if you were just after a car to hurl about in or for track use it would really only require....

lights(if using on the road)

radiator

bonnet pins

i only bought this car a couple of months ago and i can assure you that it owes me a fair few pennies, sorting out all the daft wee bits and buying the bits and pieces i wanted for it

i dont have any post accident, due to my phone being happy and my camera being at home, the car is now at a mates house.....i will try and get some photos of it in its current state.iv sent a couple to some people who will pm me them.....but even then, they make it look alot worse than it is (as we straightened alot of things out before i drove it to gavs)

pre accident shots.....these were taken yesterday,if that atleast gives you an idea of how tidy the car is/how good it can look...

essentially the car currently looks the same minus the headlights, the grill is usable and in the back of the car and the bonnet is pretty bashed up but it can be opened and secured.....as i say i drove the car approx 15-20 miles after the accident to a friends

I'm looking for offers on this car.....id be more than happy to take a px for something with tax and mot that i could jump into and drive.....i require a car to get to work! try me.....even if you think its cheeky

i may be willing to negotiate on the price if i keep the wheels, road tax etc.....no daft offers as I'm sure this would break for reasonable money
