Oh hi i come here seeking advice, i come in peace from planet dub-marines :-D

having just acquired one of these:

I found it ran terribly because of holes in the downpipe. So i got a new one, but i'm having trouble finding a replacement pipe to connect the downpipe to the carb.

The old one i've got looks like something off a boiler or a gas meter or something :?

Can anyone offer assistance please? :-)

I guess you have tried GSF?

BOSAL or ARVIN/TIMAX should do that bit. You will have to pop to a motor factors and get them to order it, they are still available.

Thanks for the reply, I spoke to VW, GSF, eurocarparts etc etc and they all seem to think they're no longer manufactured :(
